My Story


Hello there! I’m Coach Rachelle, and I developed this easy life changing system as a result of years of frustration and not achieving the goals I wanted for my life. It all started when I moved here from overseas, and with a very hectic college course schedule, a full time job, and the stress of getting organized, my health was suffering significantly. I was overworked, overly stressed, constantly anxious, overweight, and just plain run down. At this point, I thought I was doing “the right things.” I was using the gym, taking my pre-workout and post-workout, downing protein, shakes, bars, taking multipacks of pills, juicing obsessively, spending hours meal prepping on my days off, counting calories, writing in my food diary until it just got to be too exhausting. 

Stress, anxiety, not fitting in my clothes, depression, gut wrenching disappointment I felt for myself because I was a very capable, intelligent woman; it was inconceivable that I was experiencing something that I was not able to resolve. 

Until recently, when I got so fed up, I decided to try something new! They say the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over expecting different results; well that was pretty much my health journey prior to shifting everything around. I was literally driving myself insane! I decided to physically and mentally alter everything that I had done that simply did not work. Everything I had been told about weight loss, every myth, every assumption, and every advice was ditched for a more personalized perspective on what I was going through. 

Being an actual client of the service, and one that has maintained the results for over 2 years, makes this not only extremely tangible, but based on real-life and real-time goals.

What we introduce in additives if any, are HABIT SYSTEMS that will help you achieve your fitness goals, while dropping weight.


Habit System

Forming habits and routines will sustain a lifetime, versus counting calories and being on a diet constantly. Consistent healthy adjustments are formed with disciplined habits. This is part of our program; we teach you the tools you need to get to where you need to. Self-accountability is key to building a fitness routine that stays with you and does not require an outer influence.
